Admission: Free to East End Eagles football players, cheer, drill, mascots, Eagles Family/Friends and “Good Standing” membership.

Attire: Semi-formal

NO JEANS/SHORTS, GAME JERSEYS ALLOWED @ TROPHY CEREMONY!!!

Only those that are in good standing with the East End Eagles may attend all functions; otherwise, you will not be allowed to attend Ceremony/Dinner or Dance. Please make necessary arrangements.

(Equipment Turned In- ALL Fees/Fundraisers Paid Off!)

(No Food Or Drinks Allowed – Doors will remain closed till after Ceremony – Be courteous to all who are receiving awards- Plan Accordingly)

In the past TOO MANY have left after their own child’s awards – This is Not the Eagles Way, plan to be there for the Entire Nest Ceremony

East End Eagles Dinner and Dance

Dance: 7 PM – 12 PM

Attire: Dinner and Dance attire is free dress.

STRICT RENTAL HALL POLICY..HIGHLY ENFORCED!!!!
Everyone is to remain inside Dance Hall: Anyone outside the Dance Hall will be asked to leave or escorted off the premises by Security.
